From technology training to AI consulting and training.

Where we started

For more than 10 years, Ohio Computer Academy has delivered practical, trainer led technology training for individuals, employers and public agencies.

What we saw

As AI tools spread, people used them unevenly. Most courses taught features. Few taught judgment.

Training built on judgment

We built AI Advantage around judgment first, then role based paths with real validation.

Adding consulting

Completion alone never showed whether work changed. So we added consulting: find the cost leak, improve one workflow, train the people who run it, and measure what changed.

Meet the Founder

Chandraish Sinha

Founder & President, Ohio Computer Academy

With more than 25 years of experience in IT, data analytics, business intelligence, and project delivery, Chandraish founded Ohio Computer Academy in Dublin, Ohio, with a simple philosophy: technology should be taught through practical, hands-on learning that solves real-world problems.

AI Advantage builds on that same philosophy. The focus is on identifying meaningful opportunities, improving real business workflows, and measuring results. And when AI isn’t the right solution, we say so.

Chandraish has authored 15 technology books, including AI Essentials for Workplace Productivity, reflecting his commitment to making emerging technologies practical and accessible.
